25th July 2023 ~ What a year or 3 this has been.  Covid put a spanner in the works, and we had to spend 2020 and 2021 doing nothing but paperwork and dog walking.  2022 gave us the chance to begin planning as we had to find a more modest  building to start our hospitality training.  This gave us the opportunity to find our first vegan café in the delightful George Street in Perth. Many months of refurbishment, finding our awesome chef and we opened mid-September 2022. 
10 months later we have managed to survive the first Winter and worked with some amazing students.

The next 12 months will be interesting and filled with training, fantastic food and the next venture…the Cookery School.
